2b7261fb62 Update desktop environment with new status bar and styling 
- Use polybar instead of xfce4-panel
- Modify bspwm and picom to conform to new spacing and style
- Use arc-gruvbox custom theme instead of Nordic for GTK
- Clean up fish scripts
